We will deliver your product within an estimated 5-7 business days from placing order. The duration may change depending on your location and/or any unforeseen event beyond our control. Kindly note that, once we have shipped out the order, it can not be possible to cancel/make changes to the order. When a customer receives a product and delivery is complete, he/she has 7 to 10 working days to exchange size and inform the customer service team about any defect and blemish on the item. The Faulty item might be returned to Rossenfield Customer Service Team within 3 days of delivery. Upon consideration by our team, we will inform the customer about the product and if any request for size exchange, damaged product, and return is applicable. In any case, no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she receives a faulty or damaged item from Rossenfield, it shall be forwarded to Online Credit where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same/higher price range. If the quality of the product is compromised or discoloration happens within 7 days of delivery, the customer must notify the Customer Service team. Any Exchange or Return issue must be solved within 7 days' duration from the date of delivery. After that period, no party would be able to place any request for exchange or return. Every client must be informed to check the status of the product before they take delivery and place the payment by our delivery service provider. Every customer must be encouraged about on-the-spot return if they find a faulty item or size issue.
